Escape for the holidays with a vacation to the Caribbean diving mecca of Bonaire.

Escape the holidays and enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean sea in oceanfront deluxe accommodations at Divi Flamingo Resort. If you aren't scuba certified yet, this is the perfect place to learn.

Bonaire offers warm water, easy diving and a great reef right in front of the hotel. Three boat dives a day are included, as well as unlimited shore diving. Near downtown restaurants, the resort features a casino, two swimming pools and a small strip of beach. You can also take an excursion to view flamingoes, or try windsurfing at much larger Sorobon Beach on the windward side.

The friendly Netherlands Antilles are very welcoming of lesbian and gay travelers and our scuba vacations here always draw a fun group of divers!

Our Package Includes:

  • 7 nights Deluxe Oceanfront accommodations at Divi Flamingo Resort Bonaire (double occupancy)
  • 3 boat dives a day for six days!
  • Unlimited shore diving

Not Included:
Airfare, rental gear, instruction, items of a personal nature, Bonaire marine park fee of $25, airport departure tax, hotel energy surcharge of $7.50 per room per day, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Getting there:
Continental Airlines flies non-stop from Houston on Friday nights for a Saturday morning arrival. Arrivals on the non-stop from Newark on Saturday nights arriving Sunday morning can also be accommodated.

American Airlines flies to Bonaire daily via San Juan.

Delta Airlines also recently began service to Bonaire.

Air Jamaica flies to Bonaire via Montego Bay on Saturdays from Atlanta, BWI, Chicago, JFK, and Philadelphia.

From Europe, KLM offers daily service from Amsterdam.

Cheaper flights to the neighboring islands of Aruba and Curacao may be available, and Dutch Antilles Express offers connecting service.

Deposit to hold space:
$500.00. Final balance due 75 days prior to departure.

Non-diver package $1199 per person. Extra nights are $191 per person for divers, $137 per non-diver.

Single rooms are available for a supplement of $850.00 for the week or we are happy to match solo travelers with a roommate.

YOU CAN LEARN TO SCUBA DIVE ON THIS TRIP!
Bonaire is a great destination for learning how to scuba dive- the warm and
clear waters invite you to "take the plunge". Special learn to dive package
is just $375 additional.

Note: You can start your classroom and pool training at home and finish in the tropics - Open Water Referral is just $200 (4 dives with instructor). Please call if you would like to talk to an PADI Instructor about learning to dive.
